This tactic is known as "Bait n' Switch". They get you to call by offering deep discounts and unrealistic prices. But then they "switch" the deal and that $9.95 bargain could end up costing you hundreds! They use high pressure sales tactics and essentially strong-arm their clients into "upgrades" in the guise of trying to "help" you! They use phrases like, "Well, to get that clean, I'll need to do XYZ service, and that costs extra." Those extras add up in a hurry!
